With today’s tough economy, it would be a major challenge for anyone to open up a business let alone a restaurant. So for the brave ones that have taken the plunge and are already in the process, why not get help from the pros?
The good people at Red Apple Entertainment are looking for “New Restaurant Owners” for their upcoming TV series on Food Tv Canada. The show is “Restaurant 101” and it will be staring restauranteur David Adjey, who also starred in another foodtv hit, Restaurant Makeover.
They are basically looking for anyone who is opening their very first restaurant and that lacks real restaurant experience. Someone that would be open to advice from a professional restaurant consultant.
Any successful restaurant owner or even the unsuccessful ones will tell you that guidance in key, especially from a proven success.
